Our in-person training plans are very popular! In-person sessions are fantastic for getting that extra push that you just can't get on your own and increase your confidence and results with coaching on proper form, exercise tempo. We put together professionally built workouts that will compliment your goals, experience level, and abilities.

RevFit App Account

A powerhouse for tracking and staying connected with your coach. Track body stats, progress photos, and workout performance with built-in exercise videos to show you proper form. Also syncs with popular apps like FitBit, Apple Watch, and MyFitnessPal.

Email & Message Support

Arguably the most important element. When questions go unanswered they breed doubt which is a huge motivation killer. Enjoy open communication with your coach and get your questions answered via email or the built-in messenger in the RevFit app.

Exclusive Facebook Group

Social camaraderie has been proven, in many studies, to be a key element of success for reaching and maintaining health & fitness goals. So we've created a safe space for you to collaborate with other, like-minded, clients who "get it" and who are on similar journeys.

Weekly Live Chats

We go Live each week to deep-dive into specific topics that will help you go further, faster, with your results or to provide an additional platform to answer questions in real-time. An additional benefit of having access to an exclusive Facebook group.

How It Works

Schedule Your Sessions - Your coach can work with you directly to schedule set/recurring sessions. Or if your schedule needs more flexibility your coach can provide a link for you to directly schedule your own sessions based on current open time-slots and availability.

Frequently asked questions

Your payment will be processed on the 1st of the upcoming month. 

Yes, our packages will automatically continue monthly until you decide to stop them. We encourage all clients to make a self commitment of at least 3 months to a plan. This gives enough time to have habits changing, workouts working, and you seeing results. 


No. You can schedule your sessions how you see fit. Maybe that’s 3 in the first week an then 1 the week after that. 

We have found clients tend to get better results either by front-loading their training with more sessions upfront (which decreases the learning curve) or by having recurring sessions scheduled each week which provides consistency. 

Please note – all sessions will need to be used within the intended month.

Our In-Person training package rates are based on session frequency. If you’re interested in having a few more sessions than what your current plan offers that’s complete fine! You can purchase extra sessions at the same session rate that your training package offers – please contact your coach to verify availability!

We would hate to see you go! But if you decide that’s for the best then you will be able to cancel your training plan in your “My Account” dashboard or you can reach out to us and we would be happy to do it for you. 

Canceling will not provide a refund of the current month and instead will apply to the next billing cycle (1st of the upcoming month).

Should you decide to cancel mid-month, you will still receive access to your accountand any sessions you’ve already paid for.

We do not have any contract based packages. 

As a courtesy we do ask that you give us a 1-month notice of cancellation, but again, this is a courtesy – not an obligation.

Our packages do automatically bill month to month and we do encourage new clients to make a self commitment to their plan for 3 months to get through the learning curve, change a few habits, and start enjoying results. 

Sessions will need to be used during the current month unless arrangements have been made ahead of time with your coach. 

This allows us to ensure we are able to meet the in-person training demand for all clients. 

If you wish to have more sessions than what are included in your package – please contact your coach for rates and availability.

Sessions typically last for around 45 to 50 minutes. 

We understand things can come up. We appreciate open communication about any tardiness or unplanned absences. 

If you arrive just a few minutes late for your session – things will proceed as normal – although possibly at a quicker pace.

If you are 15 minutes or more late – your session will be forfeit.

We get it! Things can come up. For medical emergencies, we ask for as much notice as possible (we appreciate open communication) and will work with you to reschedule your session(s).

For anything non-medical related we ask for a 24-hour notice to avoid forfeiting your session.

As long as a 24-hour notice is given we will work with you to reschedule your session.
