Nutrition Coaching

Our unique approach allows you to get away from “yo-yo dieting” and “binge eating” and instead make lasting changes and best of all - you don’t have to stop eating the things you enjoy. This is a must-have if you're looking to supercharge your results and lifestyle.

RevFit App Account

A powerhouse for accessing your plan and staying connected. Track body stats, progress photos, and workout performance with built-in exercise videos to show you proper form. Syncs with popular apps like FitBit, Apple Watch, and MyFitnessPal.

Daily Accountability

Your always moving towards or away from your goals and we all have "those days" where a little extra motivation would be nice. With daily accountability you receive a quick check-in each day from your coach to keep your fitness goals top of mind and ready to crush it!

Message Support

Arguably the most important element of your plan. When questions go unanswered they breed doubt which is a huge motivation killer. Enjoy open communication with your coach and get your questions answered via email or the built-in messenger in the RevFit app.

Choose the plan that best fits your fitness goals, level of support, and training needs.

Your coach will develop your plan which you will receive access to on the 1st of the upcoming month (this is when billing will also be processed).

If you opted to include sessions in your plan, you will receive a separate link in both the RevFit App and via email to schedule your sessions.

Move forward towards your goals with your plan and your coach by your side! Get ready to crush it!

Frequently asked questions

Your payment will be processed on the 1st of the month. 

Yes, this is an automatically recurring monthly plan. 

We will continue to monitor the COVID situation as it relates to gym openings and will communicate to all clients when things might change.

If circumstances change mid-month you will still receive all aspects of your chosen plan and sessions will resume in-person if you choose (virtual sessions will still be available as well).

These plans are only for while gyms are closed. 

New plans will be available once gyms open. If you happen to choose a plan that offers virtual sessions and gyms open back up, those sessions will still be honored.

Depending on when you sign up and the package you choose – most of your plan will be available to you on the 1st of the upcoming month.

There might be a slight delay in receiving the custom portions of your plan if your sign-up date is too close the beginning of the following month.

Your virtual sessions are yours to use how you see fit. If you’d like to use 3 in one week and 1 the week after that’s totally fine.

If you’d like guidance on the best way to use them, most effective for you and your results we’d be happy to provide it.

We utilize a secure Zoom video conferencing room which allows your coach to view your exercise form & performance along with two way communication via the built-in audio.

If you’d like more training sessions that included in your package then please contact us for rates and a scheduling link.

Yes, just contact us for rates (sessions included in our packages are at a discounted rate) & a scheduling link . 

If you’ve already been enjoying the coaching services we provide then we look forward to continuing to serve you! You will not be double charged.

All current existing plans will end on June 1st and you will need to sign up with one of our COVID plans to continue receiving coaching services. We look forward to continuing to serve you.

We would hate to see you go! But if you decide that’s for the best then you will be able to cancel your training plan in your “My Account dashboard” or you can reach out to us and we would be happy to do it for you. 

Canceling will not provide a refund of the current month and would apply to the next billing cycle (1st of the upcoming month).

Should you decide to cancel mid-month, you will still receive access to your account, training plan, and any sessions you’ve already paid for.
